Job Title : SAP Consultant - Module Lead

Location : Powai Head Office, Mumbai

Department : Digital & IT

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive SAP Consultant - Module Lead to join our Digital & IT team at L&T Realty. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP modules including Material Management (MM) , Project Systems (PS) , Sales & Distribution (SD) , FICO , and P2P processes . This role involves leading module-specific implementations, enhancements, and support activities, ensuring seamless integration across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP module implementations and enhancements across MM, PS, SD, and FICO.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business needs.
  • Provide end-to-end support for SAP P2P processes including procurement, vendor management, and invoice processing.
  • Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders for system upgrades and integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and data governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE / BTech) Computer Science or IT specialization preferred.
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP consulting across relevant modules.
  • SAP MM Certification - Mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Project Systems, SD, and FICO modules.
  • Experience in SAP P2P lifecycle and integration with other modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and lead module-specific initiatives.
  • Exposure to real estate or infrastructure domain is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with SAP best practices and latest updates.
