About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Recruiter who is deeply hands-on with IT hiring. This is a pure recruiting position (not lead / managerial), and we are specifically looking for someone who has worked extensively on end-to-end IT recruitment without transitioning into people management roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent across diverse technologies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from requirement gathering to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build strong pipelines through networking, referrals, and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Work directly with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand niche IT requirements.
- Focus on direct client recruitment rather than relying on large pre-built databases.
Requirements
8–10 years of core IT recruitment experience, exclusively in a hands-on capacity.Strong expertise in hiring across niche and emerging IT skills .Proven success in working with direct clients (no Tier 1 and Implementation Partners)Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions with a sense of urgency.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.What We’re Not Looking For
