Position : Analyst - Procurement
Location : Chennai, India
Reporting to : Deputy Manager / Manager Procurement
Job Summary :
Individual performing this role should have accountabilities for Procurement Operations, Tactical Procurement, Vendor Management, Contract Management, Inventory Management, MRP, Reporting, MIS etc. Managing the end-to-end Procurement Process in SAP MM. The role would involve interactions with the External Vendors & Internal stakeholders.
Job Description :
- Involve in Purchase Order Management, Contract Management, monitor & report on the performance of vendors to ensure contractual obligations & performance metrics are met - Compliance Reporting
- Support Vendor Relationship Managers (VRMs) on various supplier related activities, mandatory Trainings and escalate whenever needed, ensuring compliance
- Perform benchmarking, identification, approvals, onboarding, auditing, ongoing operations assist with organizing management, operational and ad hoc meetings
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance : continuously measure, manage, and improve supplier actual performance against negotiated SLA. Continuous tracking, KPI reporting, via dashboards
- On-time delivery : Measure, report, and action to improve service and delivery performance
