Role Objective :
Serve as a strategic partner to the MD & CEO, driving key initiatives, enabling effective decision-making, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and supporting both strategic and operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities : -
1. Strategy & Business Planning
- Support in formulation, execution, and tracking of strategic business plans and priorities.
- Translate CEO’s vision into measurable goals and ensure organization-wide alignment.
- Conduct business, market, and competition analysis to enable data-driven decisions.
- Identify improvement areas and drive special strategic projects.
2. Executive Support & Decision Enablement
Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and documents for board, investor, and leadership reviews.Provide research, insights, and recommendations for strategic decisions.Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the CEO on key initiatives and confidential matters.3. Cross-functional Collaboration
Liaise with function heads to track KPIs, deliverables, and timelines.Ensure inter-departmental alignment and timely project execution.Bridge communication between leadership and execution teams.4. Operational Excellence & Governance
Establish dashboards, trackers, and review mechanisms for performance monitoring.Manage review calendars, strategy sessions, and leadership offsites.Uphold confidentiality, governance discipline, and documentation standards.5. Communication & Stakeholder Management
Manage preparations for leadership and investor engagements.Represent the CEO’s office in select internal and external forums.6. Executive Assistant Responsibilities
Manage CEO’s calendar, travel, and logistics.Prioritize schedules to optimize CEO’s time.Prepare meeting briefs, record minutes, and ensure action follow-ups.
