The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Director to lead and scale our growing marketing team in Pondicherry. This is a critical leadership role where you will develop our existing talent, strategically expand the team, and take full ownership of the marketing engine that drives Boostmyshop's global growth. You are a hands-on leader who is equally comfortable setting high-level strategy and diving into the data to optimize performance. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are obsessed with delivering measurable results.

What You Will Do

• Team Leadership & Growth : Lead, mentor, and expand our marketing team in Pondicherry, starting with our talented foundational members. You will be responsible for their professional development and for strategically hiring new talent to meet our growth objectives.
• SaaS Growth Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth, leveraging your deep experience in the B2B SaaS market.
• Performance Marketing Mastery : Own the strategy, budget, and execution of all paid (SEA, Social Ads) and organic (SEO) channels. You will be relentlessly focused on optimizing for conversion, ROI, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
• Innovate in Next-Gen Search : Go beyond traditional SEO. Develop and implement cutting-edge strategies for AI-driven search and conversational AI optimization, ensuring Boostmyshop stays ahead of the curve and dominates the search landscape of tomorrow.
• Data-Driven Execution : Define, monitor, and report on all marketing KPIs. You will live in the data, using tools like GA4 to analyze performance, derive actionable insights, and drive every strategic decision.
