We are seeking a skilled Service Desk & Desktop Engineer to join our team in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai. Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and printers
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications
- Assist with user account management and access control
- Ensure that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support activities
Skills and Qualifications
