Oracle EBS HCM Implementation Specialist

Job Description

The HCM EBS consultant is responsible for managing, optimizing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. This role requires a combination of technical and functional expertise to align Oracle systems with business HR processes.

Key responsibilities include analysing business requirements for Oracle HCM modules, mapping business processes to Oracle functionality and identifying gaps. The consultant will also be responsible for customizing and enhancing Oracle EBS HCM modules using PL / SQL, Oracle Forms / Reports and Oracle Workflow.

Additional responsibilities include designing and implementing Fast Formulas for Payroll and Absence Management, configuring and supporting Oracle HCM setups and workflows, and developing end-user documentation and delivering training sessions.
