Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in New Delhi. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for communicating with potential customers via phone, providing excellent customer service, and supporting customers throughout the purchasing process. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting sales calls, explaining insurance policies, and closing sales. The role also involves training new team members and assisting with customer queries.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Customer Support and Sales
• Ability to train and assist new team members
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor&aposs degree is a plus
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is beneficial
