Role Overview
We are hiring a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to take full ownership of a developed product, manage client-facing activities, deliver product demos, and drive product adoption. The ideal candidate has strong product sense, technical understanding, and the ability to communicate product value effectively.
Responsibilities Product Ownership & Client Engagement
- Own the product post-development and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Lead client demos, presentations, walkthroughs, and proofs of concept (PoCs).
- Communicate product features, benefits, and use cases to clients clearly and effectively.
- Support sales and pre-sales teams during client pitches and solutioning discussions.
- Collect client feedback and convert it into actionable product improvements.
Product Strategy & Execution
Maintain and execute the product roadmap focused on adoption, engagement, and retention.Define product requirements, create PRDs / user stories, and work with engineering / design on delivery.Analyze product performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.Marketing Strategy & GTM
Collaborate with marketing to define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.Support product launches, customer onboarding flows, and feature adoption campaigns.Develop demo scripts, product decks, and customer-facing product content.Growth & Optimization
Identify growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, retention, and usage.Implement A / B tests, funnel analysis, user journey improvements, and behavior-based triggers.Work with data teams to measure product KPIs and optimize performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with engineering, design, sales, and business teams for product execution.Ensure clear communication on timelines, scope, and product priorities.Mentor junior PMs or interns when required.Requirements
3–4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager.Experience in client-facing roles, demos, or pre-sales is mandatory.Strong understanding of web / mobile technologies, APIs, and product workflows.Proven experience in GTM, product marketing, or growth roles.Ability to translate customer needs into clear requirements and product plans.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
