About the Role We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and on-ground HR operations for our Mumbai office. You will work closely with the HR lead based in Delhi for coordination and support.

Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for Mumbai roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination).

Handle daily HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, attendance, and employee queries.

Maintain candidate pipelines and MIS reports.

Coordinate with the Delhi HR team for processes, updates, and operational tasks.

Support employee engagement, compliance, and general office HR needs.

Requirements 1–3 years of HR experience with strong focus on recruitment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple roles and operate independently.

Strong organisational and coordination abilities.

Preferred

Consultancy / agency hiring experience preferred.
