Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, based in New Delhi. The Human Resources Specialist will oversee HR management tasks, implement HR policies, manage employee benefits, and handle personnel-related activities. Responsibilities include fostering a positive work environment, maintaining compliance with regulations, and supporting organizational growth through effective HR practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and HR Management
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management and the ability to resolve employee concerns effectively
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
