Key Accountabilities

Lead the cMRP function centrally for a BG and overseeing and optimizing the process of planning, forecasting, and managing materials. This role involves co-ordinating with various stakeholders – Procurement, Planning and factory to design right inventory and optimising service.

Strategic Planning

Develop, design, and implement strategic plans for material planning, inventory management.

Designing the right capabilities for E2E monitoring of service, inventory, and business waste.

MRP System Management

Understanding the E2E structure of the MRP design. Oversee utilization and optimization of the MRP systems.

Working with the Geo IT teams and IT partners for continuous monitoring and improvement.

Operational Excellence

Co-ordinate and facilitate collaborations between planning, factory, and procurement to optimise service.

Anchor business waste and inventory for the respective BGs and drive the pillar.

Designing and running the right demand forecasting actions in the non FG space.

Digitization

Designing and driving the digitization agenda with the right models, action trees and loss trees in the materials planning space.

Work closely with the global material planning excellence team in collaborative projects

Cross Functional Collaboration

Engaging with various cross functional stakeholders for right design, operational excellence and monitoring of performance.

Reporting and Analysis

Generate the right reports for right insights and manage data.

Skills & Competencies

Effective communication Data analytics. Power Bi knowledge is a plus.

Requirement

Prior experience in planning / procurement MBA in Supply chain management or operations Industry experience – FMCG, Pharma, consumer durables
