About the Role

As a Candidate Manager, you’ll play a vital part in finding great candidates for exciting IT roles with our clients — many of whom are helping shape the future of Australia through their IT projects. You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters to match candidates to opportunities, and your role will include :

• Searching for and engaging with top tech and digital talent
• Learning how to assess candidate suitability
• Building strong relationships with job seekers
• Managing the candidate submission preparation process
• Supporting our clients’ hiring goals through teamwork and tenacity
