Senior Experiential Designer & Visualizer

Description

: PivotRoots, a Havas Company, is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Visualizer with 4–5 years of experience to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an agency environment and be well-versed in graphic design principles, ideation, visual storytelling, and execution. This role requires close collaboration with strategists, copywriters, and marketers to bring ideas to life visually across both digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and participate in conceptualizing visual ideas and translating them into engaging designs

Execute creative concepts across campaigns, social media, digital assets, branding, and print

Work closely with content and strategy teams to maintain brand consistency and visual storytelling

Design GIFs and basic motion elements to enhance social and digital content

Create presentation-ready layouts, visual mock-ups, and design systems

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality visuals across formats

Skills & Requirements :

4–5 years of experience in graphic design / visualization

Prior experience working with advertising or digital agencies is a must

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

Good knowledge of Figma for UI / UX layouts and collaboration

Basic working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe XD

Ability to create simple animations, GIFs, and motion elements

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and branding

Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, originality, and versatility across platforms
