About the role

As our Key Account Manager, you will work closely with our Relationship Managers to fulfil the unique requests of our members and guests. While your primary focus will be on the execution and accurate documentation of booking requests, you will also research rare luxury items and exceptional experiences that delight our members.

As you will represent TENco with high-profile clients, we expect excellent communication skills and a polished, professional presentation that reflects discretion and the standards of a luxury environment.

Our office is based in the beautiful city of Geneva, but our team is spread all over the world. This role is full time and fully remote, as a contractor based in India.

Responsibilities

Booking & Client Requests

• Research and compare offers to secure the best options and value for our members.
• Arrange and confirm booking requests, both for members and walk-in clients.
• Handle booking changes and respond to special inquiries with efficiency and care.
• Communicate directly with clients when needed to clarify details and confirm arrangements.
