About The Role :
We are seeking a Product Designer with 4 to 5 years of experience to help shape intuitive, secure, and user-centered experiences for our Cybersecurity products.
In a space where clarity and trust are essential, your work will play a key role in empowering users to navigate complex systems confidently and efficiently.
You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow designers to turn abstract or technical challenges into usable, human-first Youll DO :
User Research & Understanding :
- Conduct user research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points particularly in the context of Cybersecurity tools.
- Translate research into actionable insights, personas, and journey maps that inform product direction.
- Collaborate with product leads to align design strategies with user expectations and business goals.
UX & Interaction Design :
Design intuitive, usable workflows that simplify complex Cybersecurity concepts and support decision-making without overwhelming the user.Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.Iterate on solutions based on user feedback, testing, and team Design & Consistency :Deliver clean, accessible, and visually consistent interfaces aligned with our brand and product guidelines.Work within and contribute to an existing design system to ensure consistency across the product experience.Balance aesthetics with functionality, ensuring that every design supports clarity and user Testing & Continuous Improvement :Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and improve product usability.Use feedback and behavioral data to refine and optimize designs.Advocate for a user-centered design process across product development & Communication :Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Leads, Product Managers, Engineers, Sales, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and fellow Designers to bring designs to life.Communicate design rationale and user insights clearly to stakeholders of all backgrounds.Participate in design reviews, critiques, and cross-team discussions to drive shared understanding and & Inclusivity :Integrate accessibility best practices into your design process to ensure experiences are inclusive and usable for all.Promote a culture of inclusive design thinking across the product and engineering Youll Need :4 to 5 years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer.Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design thinking from research to execution.Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma or equivalent.Solid understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and human-centered design.Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams.Strong communication and storytelling Background :Bachelors degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Design, Visual Communication, or any related field.Experience designing for complex domains such as Cybersecurity, Enterprise Software, or B2B platforms is a plus.Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards is an advantage.(ref : hirist.tech)
