Job Purpose :
The Performance Bonus Management Specialist is responsible for managing the design, tracking, calculation, and disbursement of performance-based bonus and incentive programs. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and transparency in bonus management while aligning incentive structures with organizational goals and employee performance metrics.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end performance bonus and incentive programs across the organization.
- Track employee eligibility and performance metrics to calculate accurate payouts.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure timely disbursement of bonuses.
- Maintain and update bonus structures in line with company policies and market benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal governance standards.
- Generate reports on bonus trends, cost impact, and employee performance alignment.
- Support audits and provide documentation for bonus and incentive-related processes.
- Handle employee queries related to bonus eligibility, calculations, and payouts.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency in bonus management.
Qualifications :
3+ year of experience in compensation & benefits, payroll, or finance.Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS / Payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle).Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Knowledge of incentive structures and compliance requirements.Process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
