• Have a command on Java tech stack.
• Can manage / guide a team of 2-3 developers.
• Allocate 70-80% of personal time to hands-on coding tasks.
• Manage the requirement cycle diligently.
• Formulate solution designs and incorporate review inputs on designs.
• Plan work size, organize delivery schedules, and ensure timely, high-quality completion.
• Monitor and track progress on tasks, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Review technical work accomplished by the team.
• Implement relevant industry best practices in software development or customization as required.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance their skill set.
• Develop and execute a personalized development plan.
