Job Description

At a Associate level youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution by using Data Analytics & Insights Skills. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to :

  • Design and drive implementation of end to end testing strategies and frameworks needed to test all the dimensions of an application platform including functional correctness performance scale and security across the Project / Program covering all the workstreams / tracks.
  • Manage creation and automation of reusable business-level tests that are easy to maintain even when underlying features change.
  • Work with application team to understand new features triage and troubleshoot major defects / issues prioritize defects identify solutions and determine root causes with the help of application teams infrastructure teams architects and developers
  • Drive improved test coverage across application releases.
  • Provides technical direction and support to team members in multiple geographic locations on testing approach and all aspects of automation testing to ensure industry standards and best practices are followed.
  • Work with development quality DevOps and product management teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing.
  • Position Requirements :

    Required Skills :

    Primary Skill : ServiceNow ITSM HRSD HAM ITOM ITBM CMDB ATF Javascript.

    Secondary Skill : Reporting Selenium Java Cucumber Azure devops Git

    Data Analyst :

  • Should have minimum 2 years hands on experience on Service Now Application like GRC / IRM ITSM ITBM
  • Should have minimum 2 years hands on Experience on HRSDCMDB modules.
  • Should have minimum 2 years working understanding of ServiceNow ATF Tricentis Tosca
  • Should have the ability to understand complex business and functional requirements.
  • Should have superior analytical skills in analyzing user functional and technical requirements
  • Should have ability to practical application of the Testing Concepts in day-to-day project activities.
  • Should have ability to derive the Test Scenarios from the Business Requirements.
  • Should have working understanding in Test Design and writing detailed test cases based on user scenarios.
  • Should have working understanding of analyzing test execution results and the creation of appropriate test metrics.
  • Should have working understanding of the defect management process.
  • Should have working understanding of ServiceNow Test Management and Agile
  • Should have working understanding of automation testing concepts and hands on ServiceNow ATF
  • Should have working understanding of Automation execution like preparing smoke test scenarios and execution in continuous basis with each deployment
  • Should have ability to enhance automation scripts to build a regression suite.
  • Should have working understanding of software testing techniques and strategies.
  • Should working understanding in Mobile Testing.
  • Should have working understanding of the various Test Management and Defect Management tools.
  • Should have working understanding of quality assurance and / or software development processes and methodologies with the ability to share that knowledge with peers and project team members.
  • Should have excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
