Job Opening : General Manager – Marketing

Location : Pune / Amravati

Department : Marketing & Communications

Additional Details :

On-site role (no hybrid / remote)
Six-day work week with two Saturdays off
Job will involve frequent travel between Pune, Amravati, PAN India.

About the Role :

We’re seeking a General Manager Marketing to lead our marketing function, drive growth, and build brand equity. This is a full-time, on-site role involving frequent pan-India travel having experience in manufacturing, engineering, renewable energy industries.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital, print, social, and traditional channels

Oversee and evaluate performance of marketing agencies and vendors

Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and campaigns to boost brand visibility

Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor engagements effectively

Collaborate with Sales and senior management for aligned marketing efforts

Track and report on marketing KPIs and progress toward goals

Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team

What We’re Looking for :

1. 12+ years experience in marketing, branding, promotions; agency / vendor management a plus

2. Education : Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field

3. Sector Preference : Experience in renewable energy or manufacturing is desirable

4. Skills : Excellent communication, leadership, strategic thinking, analytical mindset.
