What you will own

• Manage end to end production from POs to final finished goods
• Coordinate with all manufacturing, packaging, and material vendors
• Build and run QC processes for every component and final product batch
• Plan production timelines, lead times, replenishment cycles, and demand forecasts
• Oversee packaging readiness, artwork cycles, and compliance requirements
• Manage inventory health across vendors and 3PL, ensuring accurate and timely inbounding
• Handle logistics planning, dispatch, freight coordination, and documentation
• Create clear SOPs for production, QC, replenishment, and inbound processes
• Track per unit costs and identify cost optimization opportunities
• Deliver weekly operational updates and highlight risks proactively
• Ensure all components and finished stock are ready in sync with launch timelines
