Job Description

The Executive – Master Data Management will be responsible for the accurate and timely management of master data related to SKUs, pricing, recipes, and store details. This role is crucial in ensuring data integrity across systems and supporting scalable finance operations aligned with organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain master data across SKUs, prices, recipes, and store profiles.
Support new product development by ensuring accurate SKU and recipe setup in the system.
Work closely with cross-functional teams like F&B, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing to align and validate data.
Act as the primary contact for SKU corrections, reporting, and system mappings.
Collaborate with the Tech team for system implementations and deployments.
Ensure high standards of data accuracy for internal and external reporting.
Regularly monitor, validate, and update master data to maintain consistency and correctness.

Skill Requirements

Education :

B.Com or MBA (Finance or related field)

Experience :

1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar MDM or finance support role.

Technical Skills :

Strong knowledge of business processes and approval workflows

Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel)

Experience working with ERP systems and data management tools

Ability to manage and analyze large datasets from multiple sources

Personal Attributes :

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight timelines

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Effective stakeholder management across departments
