Job Title : Salesforce Marketing Cloud QA Tester

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing and validating the functionality of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual and automation testing, with expertise in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder. They will also possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business units.

• Test Planning and Execution : Design, plan, and execute test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
• Test Scripting and Development : Develop automated test scripts using tools such as JIRA and Xray to validate the functionality of our platform.
• Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with cross-functional teams and business units to ensure end-to-end and user acceptance testing process quality.
