Job Description :
- Manage and groom the Salesforce Technical Leads / Associate Tech Leads
- Set and enforce design standards, development standards, and operational standards to be followed by the technical team
- Interface with client to understand functional and technical requirements
- Create technical design options and review them the internal team and client teams
- Work on Technical Statement of Work / Technical Proposal
- Perform analysis of the requirements and help teams understand complexity and measure story points
- Good working functional and technical knowledge of at least 1 Salesforce product e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Should have hands on development experience with Apex, Visual Force pages design, Triggers, LWC, Aura
- Should have experience in Salesforce lightning components, lightning Design system.
- Understanding of deployment processes and tools about Salesforce like SFDX, Git
- Understanding of data migration tools and processes with regard to Salesforce e.g., DataLoader
- Experience with technologies supporting SaaS applications including XML, Web Services (REST / SOAP).
- Solid understanding of web technologies, such as HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS AngularJS, jQuery and JavaScript.
- Must be ready to work on cross platform technologies like Node, Php, ETL tools etc.
- Must be open to work on multiple accounts simultaneously.
Candidate Profile :
Overall Industry Experience : 8+ Yrs.Coding Experience : 5+Yrs.Design Experience : 5+ Yrs.Experience working in mid-large size environment with multiple development teams.Salesforce Technical Architect Certification is a must.Should be B.E / B.Tech.Must be a Team Player.Should have leadership quality to manage a team of Tech Leads / Associate Tech Leads.Advantage :
