Job descriptionStrong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently. Solid understanding of HR processes and employment laws. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software / tools is an advantage. People-oriented with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Talent Acquisition & Recruitment : Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Employee Relations : Maintain a positive workplace environment by addressing employee queries and resolving concerns effectively. College & Institutional Tie-Ups : Build and manage relationships with colleges for internship and fresher hiring opportunities. Documentation & Compliance : Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, HR databases, and ensure compliance with company policies. Onboarding & Orientation : Execute smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the company culture. Engagement & Culture Building : Plan and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives. Performance Support : Assist in tracking employee performance and support appraisal processes. Operational HR Tasks : Handle day-to-day HR operations, attendance management, and administrative requirements. Opportunity to shape and strengthen HR practices in a fast-growing creative startup. Experience Required : 6 months to 1 Year
Working Hours : 11 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM
Working Days : Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
Salary : 20,000 to 30,000

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
