Entry-Level Graphic Designer -
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Entry-Level Graphic Designer to support our marketing and customer success teams. This role is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling, social media content creation, and digital design. You will work on a wide range of creative projects—including internal marketing assets, promotional campaign materials, custom artwork for client brands, and visual elements used to personalize the ELEMT platform—ensuring high-quality, on-brand output across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Design : Create engaging graphics, carousels, short-form content, and visual assets for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Digital Campaign Assets : Design promotional materials for online campaigns, including ads, email visuals, landing page elements, and digital banners.
- Website & Banner Design : Produce website banners, hero images, and other supporting visuals for campaign or product pages.
- Client Brand Artwork : Create custom creative assets, templates, and artwork for ELEMT’s customer brands, aligned with their brand guidelines.
- Platform Customization : Assist in designing customized visual elements for ELEMT’s platform, including branded interfaces, layouts, and UI assets.
- Brand Consistency : Ensure all creative output adheres to ELEMT’s brand identity and quality standards.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, paid media, and customer success teams to produce assets that support campaign strategies and client needs.
- Creative Ideation : Contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh design concepts and content ideas.
- Basic Motion Graphics (Nice-to-have) : Create simple animations, GIFs, or video layouts for enhanced social content.
Qualifications
Education : Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
Experience : 0–2 years of experience in digital or graphic design (internships and freelance work welcome).
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.Knowledge of layouts, typography, color theory, and digital design best practices.Familiarity with designing for social media, paid ads, and responsive digital assets.Portfolio : A link to your design portfolio is required for consideration.
