Role Overview :
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end Internal Job Posting (IJP) processes and supporting overall recruitment activities , working closely with hiring managers and HR partners to attract both internal and external talent.
Key Responsibilities Include :
Managing IJP processes and ensuring policy compliance.
Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels.
Coordinating interviews and background verifications.
Maintaining trackers and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
1–4 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools / ATS.
