Key Responsibilities :
- Driving sales and business growth within the HORECA and hospitality segment.
- Identifying onboarding and managing hotel resorts and restaurant partners across Goa.
- Building strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels resorts and restaurant groups.
- Ensuring product placement visibility and repeat orders across partner accounts.
- Executing brand and trade activation plans to drive usage and conversions.
- Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and achieving monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
- Gathering market intelligence on competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
- Ensuring timely reporting data tracking and account management discipline.
Requirements :
Any Graduate with 3 years of experience in HORECA or institutional sales.Proven success in onboarding and managing hotel partners.Strong industry network and local connects within the Goa hospitality ecosystem.Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable working independently.Proficient in MS Excel for reporting and data management.Key Skills
