Candidate must have min 2-4 years of experience in Technical support using different support channels like Chat, Email, On Call, etc… (Preferably Technical Support Process - Healthcare).
Should have ability to look into logs, monitor services running and able to identify problem areas. Proper Training and documentation for the same will be provided before assigning to the actual work.
Diagnosis & resolving application issues
Candidate should have experienced of Linux OS, UNIX. All the servers are in AWS.
Provides remote assistance for resolving app issues
Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good team player, flexible and entrepreneurial.
Quick learner and open to learn new things. This is one of unique kind of L1 and L2 support. All the trainings will be provided by experts but candidate should be enthusiastic and eager to learn new things.
Flexible to work in night shifts.
