Hello All,

Greetings from Tesslogs,

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP HANA and BW Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Analytics and functional understanding of key ECC modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and implementing HANA models, SQL scripting, ETL processes, and BW on HANA solutions.

Client : IBM

End Client : Shell

Location : Bangalore

Exp : 8-10 years(6+ relevant)

🛠️ What You’ll Work On

🔹 SAP HANA Modelling

Build and optimize HANA views (SQL, Calculation Views, Graphical Models)
Improve performance with tuning & query optimization
Write complex SQL scripts for advanced reporting

🔹 SAP BW on HANA

Design BW data models and architect ETL pipelines

Extract data from SAP & non-SAP sources

Fix ETL failures, ensure data quality, and perform reconciliation

🔹 Functional Collaboration

Work closely with business & functional experts in :

Finance | O2C | COPA | P2P | Inventory

Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

🔹 Support & Delivery

Provide production support and troubleshoot issues independently

Perform root cause analysis & integration testing

Deliver tasks on time within Agile project frameworks

💡 What You Bring

8+ years of experience in SAP HANA, BW, SQL scripting, ETL

Strong problem-solving & analytical mindset

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Basic knowledge of SAP BO (added advantage)
