About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI to join our advanced analytics and AI team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI-powered solutions, designing autonomous AI agents, and applying cutting-edge AI research to solve complex business problems.

This role requires a strong foundation in data science, machine learning, and NLP, combined with practical experience in leveraging LLMs and agentic frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, multi-modal models) for business use cases.
• Design and implement autonomous AI agents that can plan, reason, and execute multi-step tasks.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for GenAI / Agentic AI adoption in workflows, customer experience, and decision-making.
• Build data pipelines, APIs, and frameworks to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Experiment with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and advanced orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack).
• Evaluate and benchmark model performance for scalability, efficiency, and ethical compliance.
• Stay updated on the latest AI research (LLMs, multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, and reasoning models).
• Present technical solutions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
