Mandatory Skills :
Oracle Apps Functional with Working knowledge for R12 HRMS modules (at least 3 modules implementation exposure is must)
Be able to independently engage with business users for requirement gathering , SIT execution and UAT support
Must have led HR team for implementation & Expert in Core HR business processes (entire hire-to-retire lifecycle) and process mapping to standard Oracle HR.
Well-versed with reporting to internal and customer leadership teams
Oracle Apps HRMS implementation experience with Indian customers
Strong Functional experience in data conversion, set up and configurations including design documents (BR100, MD050 etc)
Experienced in integrations with third party applications
Good Leader with effective communication skills
