We are now looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner to join our high-growth journey and enable our sales-driven teams through impactful people and operations strategies.

What You'll Do

Own product backlogs, define requirements, and drive execution with speed.
Go beyond engineering — partner with marketing, sales, customer success, and ops.
Plan, spec, and ship new features end-to-end with minimal inputs.
Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
Think beyond today : anticipate needs, design solutions, and push OutSpark ahead of the market.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to understand requirements, translate them into features, prioritize them and launch highest impact features fastest.
You will be required to manage stakeholders (both Internal & External) across various functions.

Who You Are

4–5 years in digital product management with exposure to SaaS (B2B + B2C).

Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.

Data-driven, but able to balance intuition and speed.

A natural problem-solver and planner, not afraid to make decisions fast.

Thrive in ambiguity, learn fast, and be ready for a hands-on approach.

Know how to manage parallel tasks and prioritize them .

Passionate about building products that impact millions of users & businesses.
