About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

Data Analyst

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports that help drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.

Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets.

Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Define and implement new data collection and analysis processes.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting tools.

Present insights and findings to stakeholders to support decision-making.

Required Skills : Strong knowledge of

Excel

SQL

, and

data visualization tools

(e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).

Experience with

statistical tools

and

data analysis techniques

Basic understanding of

Python

or

for data manipulation and analysis (preferred).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in

Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics

, or a related field.

Prior experience in data analytics, business analysis, or reporting (internship or full-time) is an advantage.
