We are looking for an experienced Human Resource cum Operations Coordinator who can lead our HR initiatives and ensure seamless office operations. The ideal candidate will be people-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.
• Oversee daily operations and administrative functions to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Develop and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and training programs.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate between management and teams for effective communication and goal alignment.
• Handle vendor management, procurement, and other operational logistics.
• Support strategic planning, reporting, and organizational development initiatives.
