• , you will be responsible for managing day-to-day banking operations at the branch, handling customer service, promoting banking products, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines. The role demands excellent communication, sales skills, and attention to operational accuracy.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Greet and assist walk-in customers with banking needs (accounts, deposits, loans, etc.) - Open and manage savings / current accounts, fixed deposits, and recurring deposits - Cross-sell bank products such as insurance, mutual funds, credit cards, and loans - Process cash transactions, cheques, and other banking instruments - Ensure daily operations comply with bank policies and RBI regulations - Maintain customer records and resolve service-related issues promptly - Generate leads and follow up for new business opportunities - Assist in achieving branch targets (sales & service KPIs)Coordinate with internal departments for seamless operations - Support the Branch Manager in audits and compliance activities
• Qualifications & Skills :
• Bachelor's degree (Commerce / Finance preferred) - 03 years of experience in banking, finance, or customer service - Knowledge of banking products and services - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Core Banking Software) - Sales aptitude and customer relationship focus
