Role Overview :
We are looking for a Chemistry expert with a PhD to contribute to AI advancement through data annotation , model refinement, and problem set development. You'll help improve AI performance in the field of Chemistry using advanced methods like Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) and Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) .
This is a fully remote and flexible opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI training projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Annotate Chemistry-related content to enhance AI comprehension and learning.
- Review and provide feedback on AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy and depth.
- Assist in the development of Chemistry problem sets and corresponding solutions.
