Key Responsibilities
- Assist in user research : field visits, contextual inquiries, user interviews, and usability testing with B2B users
- Analyze findings to create personas, journey maps, and service blueprints
- Contribute to wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma
- Help translate offline workflows into digital flows
- Support senior designers in creating scalable and intuitive UX for web and mobile platforms
- Document insights and design decisions clearly for cross-functional teams
- Participate in internal design reviews and feedback sessions
