Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 40% CSR Programs Responsible for all logistical requirements of FactSet Manila CSR Programs. Smooth execution of CSR Programs
  • 50% Communications Responsible for updating content for internal communications media and tools i.e. LCD display, bulletin board, selected distribution Lists Monitoring of posts (official and by Manila FactSet employees) from different online media outlets
  • Work with other departments / committees ie health & safety, BCP, etc. on needed communication materials Timely posts in the different internal communications media. Regular consolidation of online posts in a report. Timely production of materials
  • 5% Special Events Assist Senior Internal Communications Strategist in executing different office events such as monthly snacks, themed events (Halloween, Valentine s Day, etc.). Smooth execution of office events
  • 5%Other Tasks Support the Admin and Facilities team by conducting orientation of House Rules to new hires. Assists the Admin & Facilities Team as needed in the following : office supplies request, monitoring of meeting rooms, etc. Extend assistance to the support teams

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Strategic thinking with strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Experience with and knowledge of change management methodologies.
  • Superior writing skills with the ability to articulate messages that resonate with diverse audiences. Passionate about quality with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders with cross-functional, global teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of FactSet or competitive product / solutions preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
