Pathways Coordinator

About this role

As a Program Advisor, you will be responsible for consulting potential students on how our programs can achieve their career goals. This involves contacting warm leads via phone and email to provide in-depth information and guide them through the enrollment process.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual who is comfortable making multiple calls per day and has a passion for education.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to think critically, and possess a customer-centric approach.

The role includes advising career changers on how our world-class education can launch them into a high growth career, building and managing lead pipelines, providing guidance throughout the enrollment process, and adhering to sales processes.
