Client Servicing Executive – Healthcare Advertising

This role is open to experienced Client Servicing Executives. Freshers and interns are also welcome to apply for the position of Junior Client Servicing Executive / Intern.

About the Role :

We’re looking for a  Client Servicing Executive (3–4 years of experience)  who can bridge strategy and execution — managing existing client accounts while driving new business opportunities. You’ll be the key link between our clients and creative teams, ensuring every project runs seamlessly and adds measurable value.

What You’ll Do :

Client Relationship and Account Management

  • Act as the primary contact for client accounts, understanding marketing goals and communication needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Maintain proactive communication to ensure client satisfaction and provide regular updates.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts through additional projects or services.
  • Prepare project briefs, reports, and presentations for internal and client use.

Strategic Input and Execution

  • Develop deep knowledge of therapeutic areas, healthcare trends, and pharma marketing.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Work closely with creative, medical, and strategy teams to ensure seamless execution.

    • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Education :  MBA in Marketing / Management; background in Science, Pharma, or Healthcare preferred
  • Communication :  Strong written and verbal skills for client engagement
  • Sales Orientation :  Confident in cold calling and initiating business conversations
  • Interpersonal :  Skilled at building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Organisational :  Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
  • Analytical :  Able to interpret healthcare data into actionable insights
  • Technical :  Proficient in MS Office; CRM tools a plus
  • Attitude :  Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
