As a key member of the LCCI Site governance and transformation team, this role will lead the nurturing of a mindset of ongoing innovation and process optimisation across the LCCI based functions. The role will partner with functional leadership teams to ensure a strong sense of energy, excitement and common language around the organisation for optimisation and innovation while balancing the focus on tangible delivery and measurable valuation capture. This role will closely partner with functional leadership, TechLilly and the GCOA Team to leverage and align capabilities to deliver measurable improvements. The role will also build strong networks with key business partners to ensure alignment with functional strategic objectives in the optimisation area.

Responsibilities
Define the process for sustainably and consistently implement innovation across LCCILead change management to maximise awareness, adoption and impact of available technology and tools, identify and address barriers to adoption.Influence the technology roadmap to drive simplification and process optimizationSupport the continued role out and standardization across the site on global optimization frameworks and tools with practical implementation strategies.Work with multiple stakeholders including functional leadership to understand and influence strategic objectives in the areas of optimization and partner with the functional team representatives to identify and deliver upon specific improvement opportunitiesBuild a data driven impact measurement capability aligned with the functional and GBS organizations to ensure we maximize and capture the value of the innovations across the site in an aggregated and consistent wayLean into existing and create where needed appropriate functional and site governance forums to ensure that there are regular interventions to review progress and develop leadership updates to share strong innovation stories from LCCILead specific strategic optimization projects where required using a comprehensive project methodology, such as data gathering, baselining, root cause analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis, data modelling, future state design, implementation and validation of resultsReview external trends in the innovation space and ensure that LCCI is learning from those external trends and internal experiences to improve our approaches and maximize value captureWork with partner functions to ensure that the alignment and prioritization on identified innovation opportunities including securing dollar and resource investments where neededCreate and maintain an up to date innovation impact story which can be shared with all levels of cross functional leadership, highlighting LCCI s innovation mindset and delivery of measurable impact to organizationMandatory Skills
Bachelors / masters degree with overall 10+ years of process optimisation experience.Proven leadership and organisational change management experience and influence at senior leadership levelsCertification in process optimisation methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, BPM and associated impact measurement approaches.Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and influencing skills; ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands. Ability to build effective networks across functions, organisations, job levels and geographies.Self-motivated professional with excellent customer service and strong working / team building relationship skills.Additional Skills / Competencies :
