ABOUT THE JOB
Are you ready to launch your career in a supportive and dynamic environment? We’re offering a two-year Traineeship where you’ll gain hands-on experience, build valuable skills, and complete a Certificate IV in Business Administration, all while working with passionate teams who are committed to your growth.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer and administrative operations. You’ll support the teams by managing customer requests, coordinating special events and workshops, and ensuring our service is always customer focused. It’s a great opportunity to develop your confidence, communication, and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.

The position is located at the Council’s temporary Administrative Building at Wallsend until further notice. You will be expected to work 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
Candidates who have completed a Certificate IV in Business Administration qualification or higher may not be eligible to apply.
