Location :  Remote (India)

Type :  Contract – 3 months (with potential for permanent position)

Working Hours :  6 : 30 a.m. – 3 : 30 p.m. IST

Monthly Stipend :  ₹15,000 – ₹21,000 (based on experience and performance)

About the Role

We are seeking a  Digital Marketing Executive  to manage and grow the online presence of our products across platforms. The role involves handling  on-page and off-page SEO, paid ad campaigns, analytics, conversions, and social media engagement  to ensure consistent visibility and measurable growth.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience or demonstrated skills in digital marketing, handling simultaneous projects, and should be capable of producing quick, data-driven results. A strong understanding of emerging  AI tools and automation platforms  is preferred, as the team follows an  AI-first approach  to optimize speed, accuracy, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute  SEO strategies  (on-page and off-page) to improve ranking and reach.
  • Create, manage, and optimize  Google and Meta ad campaigns  for performance and ROI.
  • Analyze engagement data, prepare  reports , and recommend improvements.
  • Manage and grow brand presence through  social media engagement .
  • Collaborate with the  Content Creator  and  UI / UX Designer  to ensure campaigns are visually and strategically aligned.
  • Interact with other members of the social media or digital team as needed to achieve campaign goals.
  • Experiment with new tools, formats, and AI solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Preferred Skills & Tools

  • Understanding of  SEO principles , keyword research, backlinking, and content optimization.
  • Experience with  Google Ads ,  Meta Ads Manager , and  Google Analytics .
  • Familiarity with  AI-based marketing tools  (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of content planning and campaign scheduling tools.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience & Education

  • 2–3 years of experience  in digital marketing or growth-focused roles.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in  Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field  (preferred).
  • Portfolio or evidence of past campaigns, SEO projects, or growth strategies is required.
