Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our pump sales. Ideal candidates should have experience in industrial or mechanical equipment sales, preferably with pumps . Key responsibilities include team leadership, business development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
 - Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, OEMs, and distributors.
 - Monitor the activities of the sales team, including setting goals.
 - Coordinate with R&D and production teams to align product offerings with market needs.
 - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
 - Set sales targets, forecast demand and regular reports for management.
 - Monitoring competitor activity, market trends and customer needs.
 - Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and brand positioning.
 - Ensure compliance with commercial terms, pricing policies, and contract requirements.
 
Requirements :
Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business / Engineering or a related field.1015 years of experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably 3 years in pump sales.Strong technical understanding of pumps and pumping systems (Self-Priming, Centrifugal, Open well, Submersible, etc.).Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.Proficiency with CRM tools and ERP systems.
