This role is pivotal in shaping and fine-tuning large language models (like GPT). What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day) You’ll focus on solving diverse analytical challenges and designing scenarios that help train language models to reason better. Your work ensures that the models learn to produce accurate, context-aware responses. Example tasks include : Evaluating ambiguous or complex questions and providing well-reasoned answers. Creating edge-case scenarios where models often fail, then supplying the correct explanation.

Requirements English Proficiency – Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills. Analytical Skills – Solid research ability and logical problem-solving. Feedback Skills – Capable of giving clear, constructive feedback with detailed annotations. Creative Thinking – Ability to think laterally and approach problems with fresh perspectives. Communication – Strong collaboration and articulation skills. Independence – Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely. Commitment – Available for 40 hours per week, with overlap in US time zones. Technical Setup – Reliable computer and stable internet connection.
