Education Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Related Field)
Industry Preference : Precision Machining / Automotive / Hydraulic Pump Assembly
Experience : 15 to 20 years
Job Responsibilities
- Lead overall Plant Quality Control and Testing
- Drive and Maintain Certifications – ABYC / ISO10592 / ISO9001
- Manage Quality Manuals and Documentation
- Monitor Supplier Quality, Performance, and Lead Supplier Development
- Ensure Quality for New Product Development and Launch
- Handle Customer Complaints, Conduct Root Cause Analysis, and Implement Corrective Actions
- Drive Process Improvements and Enhance Process Capability
- Ensure All Quality Documentation and Audit Compliance
