Growth Strategist – OneOrg.AI

We are building the Superbrain for organizations — a system that answers every growth question a CEO could ask.

From  “How do I drive 10x growth?”  to  “Which companies should I acquire to accelerate growth?” , OneOrg turns scattered data into strategic clarity and execution.

We’re looking for a  Growth Strategist  — someone who doesn’t just think about growth, but  builds the growth brain for thousands of organizations and helps us take it to market.

What You’ll Do

  • Design the Growth Engine  → Build the “10X Growth” module inside OneOrg — an intelligent AI system that converts a CEO’s growth question into a full roadmap (organic + inorganic).
  • Codify Growth Frameworks  → Translate top consulting models and investor playbooks into prompts, levers, and measurable outcomes.
  • Inorganic Growth Strategy  → Map M&A, partnerships, and category expansion opportunities; help OneOrg’s clients discover “buy vs build” decisions within the platform.
  • Client Strategy Partner  → Pitch OneOrg’s Growth Strategist feature to CEOs and Founders; run workshops to help them unlock their 10X roadmap.
  • Data to Strategy Mapping  → Integrate CRM, ERP, IQVIA, and market data into real-time growth insights.
  • Build Role-Based Playbooks  → Design how CEOs, RSMs, ASMs, and Brand Heads receive personalized prompts and actions.
  • Product & Market Feedback Loop  → Test with clients, refine flows, and help position OneOrg as  the AI Growth Partner for enterprises .

You’ll define  how growth thinking itself is automated  — inside OneOrg and for every client company we serve.

Who You Are

  • A strategic thinker who understands both  organic and inorganic growth  — sales, marketing, product, partnerships, and acquisitions.
  • Background in strategy consulting, corporate development, venture capital, or growth leadership roles.
  • Strong storyteller who can  pitch ideas to CEOs  and translate complex strategy into simple, actionable language.
  • Obsessed with how AI can reimagine business decision-making.
  • Builder mindset — structured, hands-on, and outcome-driven.
