Job Title : AI & Enterprise ApplicationArchitectAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Architect who can lead the design and delivery of bothAI-powered systems (including Agentic AI and GenAI applications) and enterprise Line-of-Business (LoB) applications.This role requires a visionary leader who combines deeptechnical expertise with business understanding, capable of designing end-to-endsolutions, recommending the right infrastructure, and building strong engineering teams.You will be responsible for rapidProof of Concept (PoC) creation, guiding the transition toproduction-grade systems, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Agentic System ArchitectureArchitectAgentic AI systems, including LLM orchestration, workflows, RAG pipelines, and automation.Evaluate and adopt modern AI frameworks, ensuring scalability and performance.LoB Application ArchitectureIndependently architectenterprise-grade applicationsaligned with business needs.Translate business workflows into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.Infrastructure Strategy (AI + GenAI Focus)Assess and recommendinfrastructure requirements specific to AI / GenAI applications, including : GPU clusters and accelerators for model training / inference.Vector databases, caching, and data pipelines for RAG workloads.Scalable storage and high-throughput networking for large model handling.Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for AI service orchestration.Cloud-native AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI) when suitable.Balanceperformance, cost-efficiency, and securityfor AI and enterprise systems.Rapid PoC → Production DeliveryWork closely with stakeholders tounderstand business requirements.Beproactive and fast in building PoCsto validate ideas.Convert PoCs intoproduction-ready deliverablesacross AI and non-AI domains.Team Leadership & DeliveryBuild, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams.Drivescrums, sprint planning, and agile delivery practices.Ensureon-time, quality-driven deliveryof all initiatives.Engineering ExcellenceEstablish and enforcecore engineering practices(CI / CD, testing, code reviews, documentation).Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment of technical design with business strategy.Requirements10+ yearsof experience in software engineering, with 5 + years in architecture leadership roles.Strong background inAI / ML systemsandenterprise software architecture.Hands-on expertise in : oFrontend : React / React Native (for both web and mobile applications).oBackend : Node.js, APIs, microservices architecture.oMobile App Architecture : Android / iOS app delivery, integration with enterprise backends.oCloud platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP)oGPU infra for AI / GenAI(NVIDIA A100 / A6000 clusters, model serving stacks)oDatabases(SQL / NoSQL, vector databases like Pinecone / Weaviate / FAISS)oAPIs, microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Proven ability todesign LoB applications independently.Experience inrapid PoC creation → production transition.Strong business understanding; ability to translate business needs into scalable systems.Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.Nice to HaveExperience withLLM orchestration tools(LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, etc.).Exposure toenterprise CRM / ERP / CCaaS solutions.Prior experience deliveringAI + business applicationsin large enterprise environments.Why Join Us?Lead architecture forboth AI-driven systems and LoB applications.Work oncutting-edge AI adoptionwhile ensuring strong enterprise system design.Build and mentor your own team, shaping the future of enterprise transformation.Own thefull cycle from PoC → enterprise-grade deliveryacross multiple domains.
