FFI - Recruitment Associate

Job Description

At Art X Company & Festivals From India , we are looking for a Recruitment Associate to join our team to support our recruitment and community growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive and organised individual who enjoys engaging with people, leveraging technology, and managing operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving recruitment projects, community engagement, and talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts, Economics, Commerce, History, Literature or a related field.

Relevant Certifications (preferred, but not required) : Courses or certifications in recruitment, HR, project management

Excellent writing and oral communication skills

Essential Experience :

1-3 years in community management, project management, or related fields.

Proficiency with digital tools, project management softwares, and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge or experience of working with Zoho Recruit is a plus.

Prior experience in working for a structured company or organisation.

Knowledge of / experience in arts and cultural festivals and creative industries, with a passion for promoting cultural diversity and inclusivity.

Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
